I’m a self-love and self-healing advocate devoted to helping women over 45 break free from the patterns that keep them stuck — so they can reclaim their sovereignty, rediscover their joy, and finally feel at home in their bodies and lives.
I know what it’s like to appear strong on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or burnt out inside. Like many women, I struggled with self-worth, body image, and the pressure to be everything to everyone. That journey brought me from the corporate world to the healing path — and it changed my life in ways I never imagined.
Today, I support women through private 1:1 coaching and energy healing rooted in both science and spirituality. My approach blends kinesiology, frequency medicine, ancient healing practices and bodywork to offer more than just sessions — I create sacred, supportive spaces where real transformation can happen.
